The previous platform was complex and unintuitive, which made the buying process dependent on intermediaries and limited user autonomy. This coincided with a strategic shift and the launch of Certisign’s new visual identity. Our challenge was to translate this brand evolution into a digital experience that organized the entire portfolio into a simple, easy-to-understand journey.
My Contribution
Translating brand evolution into a high-performance digital journey
I joined the project at the strategic kickoff, collaborating with Research, UX Writing, and SEO teams to translate business requirements and Certisign’s new offline identity into a high-performance digital experience. My focus was to ensure the brand’s evolution was reflected in a simpler conversion journey for the end-user.
I developed a robust component library and a flexible template system, where each page served as a functional foundation for future growth. This architecture ensured visual and technical consistency across the company’s three main pillars: Certificates, Signatures, and Identity.
