Within the constantly evolving National Financial System, this project focused on structuring the UI copy and notification flows for Pix Automático, the Central Bank’s solution to modernize recurring payments. I worked on unifying the transactional Open Finance journey for both Retail and Corporate segments, ensuring that the messaging for this new debit model was clear, secure, and technically accurate across all of the bank’s digital channels.

The Challenge
End-to-end experience and translating regulatory complexity
The core challenge was managing the opt-in experience for Pix Automático, which involved translating rigid regulations and technical terms from both the Central Bank and Open Finance ecosystems. The main goal was to standardize hundreds of messages to prevent inconsistent communication between the mobile app and internet banking. The complexity lay in balancing these regulatory requirements with clear, accessible language across various formats, including alerts, emails, and SMS.

Scaling UX writing with AI for consistency and efficiency
As the lead for the user experience and UX Writing, I used AI to scale high-quality messaging production. I crafted structured prompts that balanced the bank’s brand voice with regulatory standards, allowing us to create consistent content for complex flows. This approach ensured that technical terms from both Pix Automático and Open Finance were easy to understand, helping users clearly navigate authorization, limit management, and recurring payments.
Business Impact
From 1 month to 1 week: scaling UX writing with AI
This strategy led to operational efficiency that turned an initial one-month estimate into just one week of actual delivery. The process produced over 240 standardized notifications, covering the entire mobile app and internet banking ecosystem for both segments. The solution eliminated communication gaps regarding Pix Automático and drastically reduced validation time with stakeholders, establishing a solid copy foundation for the launch of one of the most strategic products in today’s financial landscape.
